⚠️ Important: partypool.app is a non-custodial prediction pool platform. We do not hold, custody, control, or have access to any funds at any time. All transactions occur directly on the DigiByte blockchain between participants. Participation is entirely at your own risk.
partypool.app does not custody, hold, or control any funds. When you participate in a pool, you send DGB directly to an address controlled by the pool operator — not to partypool.app. We have no ability to recover, refund, or reverse any transactions.
Pool operators are independent individuals who create and manage their own pools. partypool.app provides the infrastructure and tooling but is not responsible for operator behavior, accuracy of results, or timely resolution.
partypool.app does not guarantee that pool operators will resolve pools correctly, honestly, or at all. While our reputation system is designed to surface trustworthy operators, it is not a guarantee of performance.
Only participate in pools operated by individuals you trust. Always review an operator's reputation score, resolution history, and pool rules before sending any funds.
The platform only recognizes entries that send the exact buy-in amount to the correct outcome address before the pool cutoff time. Transactions that are the wrong amount, sent to the wrong address, or sent after the cutoff are not counted as valid entries and will not be refunded.
Always double-check the address and amount before confirming any transaction. Blockchain transactions are irreversible.
The legality of prediction pools and cryptocurrency gambling varies by jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your participation in partypool.app complies with the laws and regulations of your country, state, or region.

partypool.app charges a small creation fee (approximately $2 USD in DGB) to create a pool. This fee is non-refundable. Additionally, pool operators set their own operator fee percentage which is deducted from the winning pot at resolution. partypool.app does not take a cut of pool winnings.
partypool.app is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy, or availability of the platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, partypool.app and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, lost profits, or data loss.
